The Fromagerie Saint-Guillaume has been operating since 1940 and has opened a new interpretive center, a unique project of its kind. Centre-du-Québec visitors will learn about how cheese is made and also its history. There are 3 windows for viewing the fabrication process and 2 windows for the packaging process, explanatory videos, an exhibit on old objects and pictures, a fresh cheese counter, and much more. Free visit at all times. Guided tour available, come and make your own piece of cheese and discover the curdling and coloring of milk. Fresh warm cheese from the settling basin every Fridays and Sundays at 1:30 p.m. Ice cream counter during the summer. Welcome to all!

Schedule: Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Open on Monday only from June 25 to Thankgiving.

Guided tour:
March to October : Friday and Sunday at 2 p.m. and Friday at 2 p.m. from July to August.
Rates: 5$ + taxes per person and 3.25$ for the piece of cheese
Group visit: every day upon reservation.
